To start a return, email Richdogwear@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Custom or embellished pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does production take?
Every piece is handmade to order in Italy. Production takes 3–5 working days before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number the day it ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched from our workshop in Italy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. This includes custom and embellished pieces.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. We're happy to exchange for a different size within 30 days. Just email us and we'll arrange a free size exchange for UK customers. International exchanges may incur a small shipping fee.
Do you ship to Europe and worldwide?
Yes. We ship to all European countries (5–10 working days, £14.95) and worldwide (7–14 working days, £19.95). Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility for international orders.
