To start a return, email Richdogwear@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you the return address within 24 hours. Return postage to our workshop in Italy is paid by the customer, so we suggest a tracked service. To avoid returns, please take your dog's measurements carefully before ordering (see our size guide). Not sure which size? Email us the measurements and we'll gladly help you choose. Custom or embellished pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What is a pre-order?
Some pieces (the carrier bag, the cashmere sweater and the coats) are made in Italy in one small batch, only once we have enough orders. You pay when you reserve. As soon as we reach the minimum number of pre-orders, production starts, and your piece usually ships 6–8 weeks later. If we have not reached the minimum within 8 weeks, we refund you in full. We write to you the moment production starts.
How long does production take?
Every piece is handmade to order in Italy. Production takes 3–5 working days before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number the day it ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched from our workshop in Italy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us a few photos. Tell us any time and we replace it, at no cost to you. This includes custom and embellished pieces.
How do I choose the right size?
Please measure your dog's neck and chest with a soft tape, following our size guide, before you order. A few careful minutes now saves you the postage of an exchange. Not sure? Email us your dog's measurements and we'll gladly help you choose.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Just email us and we'll arrange it. Postage is paid by the customer in both directions: your return to our workshop in Italy, and the new piece back to you. That is why we kindly ask you to measure carefully before ordering.
Do you ship to Europe and worldwide?
Yes. We ship to all European countries (5–10 working days, £14.95) and worldwide (7–14 working days, £19.95). Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility for international orders.
